Last Saturday, February 8, the Mexifrutas team at our Tepic plant gathered for a reforestation event, reaffirming our commitment to sustainability and environmental care. During the event, 30 new trees were planted on our premises, an action that adds to our annual efforts to contribute to CO2 absorption and improve our natural surroundings.

This event is part of our environmental goals for the current year, in which we aim to reach a similar figure to last year when we successfully planted a total of 602 trees across our three plants: 202 in Tepic, 250 in Chiapas, and 150 in Acaponeta. These initiatives allow us to contribute to the fight against climate change and generate a positive impact on our community.

We appreciate all the staff who actively participated in this event and who, through their effort and commitment, continue to strengthen our culture of social responsibility. We will continue promoting activities that allow us to contribute to the well-being of the planet and future generations.
